200K Account Exception: For 200K accounts in both 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro, the daily drawdown is 4% and the maximum drawdown is 8% static.

Drawdown Type

All Challenge Accounts

Maximum drawdown is static, calculated from the initial account balance, and does not change when profits are made.
This applies to 1-Step Prime, 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro, during evaluation and after funding.

Instant Direct

Maximum drawdown trails the highest recorded end-of-day (EOD) closing balance.
After a 7% profit, the trailing loss threshold stops moving and locks at the initial account balance.

Daily Drawdown — All Programs

It is based on the previous day's closing balance and is recalculated daily.
Both realized and floating losses count toward the limit; exceeding it breaches the account.

News Trading

1-Step Prime and 2-Step Prime ▼

News trading is unrestricted during both the evaluation and funded phases.

Opening, closing and holding positions during high-impact news are allowed.

2-Step Pro ▼

Evaluation Phase: News trading is allowed.

After Funding: Trade execution on instruments affected by high-impact economic news is prohibited for 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the event.

This includes opening or closing trades and the triggering of pending orders, stop losses or take profits.

Positions may be held open, but profits arising from executions during the prohibited window are voided.

Instant Direct ▼

Trade execution on instruments affected by high-impact economic news is prohibited for 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the event.

This includes opening or closing trades and the triggering of pending orders, stop losses or take profits.

A trade opened more than 5 minutes before the announcement may be held, but an SL or TP triggered inside the prohibited window is a breach that closes the account.

Profit Split

All Challenge Accounts — 14-Day Payouts 80%
All Challenge Accounts — Monthly Payouts 95%
All Challenge Accounts — On-Demand Payouts 80%
Instant Direct 90%

Notes: The monthly payout plan with a 95% profit split increases the challenge purchase price by 20%.
Instant Direct offers an 80% base profit split or an optional 90% split; our listed prices use the 90% option.

Payout Policy

14-Day Payouts — Challenge Accounts ▼

Available for 1-Step Prime, 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro.

Payouts may be requested every 14 days, provided the trader has at least 3 profitable trading days within the payout cycle.

A profitable day requires at least 0.5% of the initial account balance in net realized profit from closed trades.

Monthly Payouts — Challenge Accounts ▼

Payouts may be requested every 30 days after achieving at least 7 profitable trading days.

Each profitable day must generate a net realized profit of at least 0.5% of the initial account balance.

This option is selected at checkout and has a different price from the 14-day payout plan.

On-Demand Payouts — Challenge Accounts ▼

Payouts can be requested without waiting for a scheduled cycle after reaching total profits of at least 2% of the initial account balance.

The most profitable day must not exceed 40% of total account profits.

This option is selected at purchase and carries a different purchase fee.

Instant Direct Account ▼

A payout can be requested every 14 calendar days, starting from the first executed trade on the account.

The most profitable day must not account for more than 20% of total profits.

Our listed accounts use the 90% profit-split option.

Minimum Payouts, Fees and Processing ▼

Minimum payout by method:

▫️ Cryptocurrency: $50.
▫️ Bank wire: $50.
▫️ Rise: $500.

These minimums apply to the trader's share after the profit split.

Payout processing fees:

The company charges 2.5% on all payout methods, subject to the following minimum fees:

▫️ Cryptocurrency: $5.
▫️ Bank wire: $25.
▫️ Rise: $25.

The higher of the 2.5% percentage fee and the applicable minimum fee is charged.

Payout review and processing:

All payout requests undergo account review, which may take up to 24 business hours. Once the requirements and review are completed, eligible payments are processed within one hour.

Identity verification and a KYC interview must be completed before the first payout.

Challenge Fee Refund ▼

Eligible programs:

1-Step Prime, 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro.

Refund amount:

The trader receives a refund of 100% of the original challenge purchase fee after completing the fourth successful payout from the same funded account.

Refund method:

The full challenge fee is automatically refunded with the fourth payout, not upon passing the evaluation or receiving the first payout.

Example:

If the original challenge fee was $120, the entire $120 is refunded with the fourth successful payout.

Important notes:

▫️ All four payouts must come from the same funded account.
▫️ The refund is based on the original purchase fee paid.
▫️ Instant Direct accounts are not eligible for challenge fee refunds.

Account Rules

Overnight and Weekend Holding ▼

Overnight holding:

Permitted on all Hola Prime accounts during evaluation and after funding.

1-Step Prime and 2-Step Prime:

Overnight and weekend holding are permitted both during evaluation and in the funded account.

2-Step Pro:

▫️ Evaluation: overnight and weekend holding are allowed.
▫️ Funded: overnight holding is allowed, but weekend holding is prohibited.
▫️ Remaining positions are automatically closed on Friday at 15:45 EST, and the account is temporarily disabled until Monday.

Instant Direct:

▫️ Overnight holding is allowed.
▫️ Weekend holding is prohibited.
▫️ All trades must be closed before 15:45 EST on Friday.
▫️ Trades left open at that time are automatically closed and the account is terminated.

Daily Drawdown Calculation ▼

Daily drawdown limits:

▫️ 1-Step Prime: 3%.
▫️ 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro: 5%.
▫️ 200K accounts in both 2-Step programs: 4%.
▫️ Instant Direct: 3%.

Calculation:

The limit is based on the previous day's closing balance. Daily loss threshold = previous day's closing balance − (that closing balance × daily drawdown percentage).

Example:

For a $100,000 1-Step Prime account with a 3% daily drawdown, if the previous day closes at $110,000, the allowable loss is $3,300 and the daily breach threshold is $106,700. Balance or equity must not reach or fall below $106,700 during the day.

Open and closed trades:

Both realized and floating P&L count. Intraday profits temporarily increase available loss room without changing that day's established threshold.

Reset:

The threshold is recalculated daily at 17:00 company server time (EST), using the new closing balance. Breaching the threshold permanently closes the account.

Maximum Drawdown Calculation ▼

Challenge accounts — Static maximum drawdown:

▫️ 1-Step Prime: 6%.
▫️ 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro: 10%.
▫️ 200K accounts in either 2-Step program: 8%.

Maximum drawdown is calculated from initial capital; the loss threshold remains fixed even as profits grow.

Example:

A $100,000 2-Step Prime account with a 10% maximum drawdown has a $90,000 loss threshold. It stays at $90,000 even if the balance rises to $110,000.

Instant Direct — EOD Trailing:

The 7% maximum drawdown trails the highest end-of-day closing balance (high-water mark). Total loss threshold = highest daily closing balance − (initial capital × 7%).

Example:

On a $100,000 Direct account, the permitted drawdown is $7,000 and the initial threshold is $93,000. A $102,000 closing balance moves it to $95,000; a $107,000 high closing balance moves it to $100,000.

When does trailing stop?

Once it reaches initial capital ($100,000 in the example), the threshold locks there even if profits rise further.

Important notes:

▫️ The trailing threshold never moves downward when the account balance declines.
▫️ Floating profits do not raise the threshold before EOD close.
▫️ Balance and equity are monitored continuously; reaching the loss threshold breaches the account.

2% Risk per Trade Idea ▼

Applicable accounts:

The rule applies to funded accounts in all standard Hola Prime programs, including Instant Direct. It does not apply during evaluation.

Risk limit:

Risk on one trading idea must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance. For a $100,000 account, the limit is $2,000 per trading idea.

Mandatory stop loss:

Every funded-account trade must have a stop-loss order. Risk is calculated from potential loss at the specified stop-loss level. Without an SL, risk is considered unlimited; floating or realized losses beyond 2% lead to account closure.

Multiple positions:

Overlapping positions in the same instrument and direction count as a single trade idea. Their combined risk must stay within 2%.

10-minute re-entry rule:

If a trade is closed and another trade is opened on the same instrument and in the same direction within 10 minutes, it is treated as a continuation of the original idea. Risk across overlapping or closely timed trades is aggregated.

Example:

On a $100,000 account, 1.2% risk on one position and 1% on an overlapping position creates 2.2% combined risk, breaching the account.

Important notes:

▫️ Risk is measured at the SL level, not only by realized losses.
▫️ Slippage past 2% does not violate this rule if the SL was originally set within the limit.
▫️ The company may reduce the limit to 1% if prohibited trading practices are detected.

Copy Trading ▼

General rule:

Copy trading is permitted only between Hola Prime accounts registered to and owned by the same trader.

Challenge accounts:

A trader may copy trades between an unlimited number of their own evaluation accounts.

Funded accounts:

Copying is limited to two funded accounts: one master and one copier. Including any additional funded account breaches the rules.

Copying between evaluations and funded accounts:

▫️ Evaluation → Funded: allowed to one funded destination account only.
▫️ Funded → Evaluation: an unlimited number of the trader's own evaluation accounts may receive trades.

External copy trading:

Copying from other prop firms into Hola Prime is prohibited. Copying another trader's positions is also prohibited, including those of family members or friends.

Important notes:

▫️ Trade copiers do not exempt users from risk rules.
▫️ Exceeding copy limits may breach affected accounts.
▫️ These restrictions apply to accounts purchased from September 15, 2026 onward.

Expert Advisors and Automated Trading (EA) ▼

Challenge accounts:

EAs, trading robots and automated strategies are permitted in 1-Step Prime, 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro only if the EA add-on was purchased at checkout.

Supported platforms:

▫️ MT5: allowed with the paid add-on.
▫️ cTrader, Match-Trader and TradeLocker: prohibited.

Instant Direct:

EAs and automated trading systems are not allowed on Direct funded accounts.

Conditions:

▫️ EA settings must be individualized rather than identical to other traders' systems.
▫️ An EA may not copy signals or trades from other traders.
▫️ Tick scalping, arbitrage, high-frequency trading (HFT) and simulator-based systems are prohibited.
▫️ Traders must disclose the EA strategy on funded-account issuance and notify the firm of material changes.
▫️ Switching from EA-based evaluation to manual funded trading, or the reverse, is prohibited.

EA review:

The firm may request EA settings, strategy details or source code for compliance checks. Identical or nearly identical setups across different traders may lead to shared allocation caps, funding refusal or account termination.

Risk-management tools:

Position-size and risk calculators may be used for analysis only if they do not automatically execute or modify orders.

Maximum Allocation and Multiple Accounts ▼

Maximum funded allocation:

Traders may own multiple Hola Prime funded accounts up to a combined $400,000 allocation. The limit includes challenge-derived funded accounts and Instant Direct accounts.

Maximum number by account size:

▫️ 50K accounts: up to 4.
▫️ 100K accounts: up to 2.
▫️ 200K accounts: 1 only.

Other sizes have no additional numerical cap, subject to the total allocation limit.

Challenge accounts:

There is no limit on the number of evaluation accounts a trader may purchase or trade concurrently; activation of funded accounts is still subject to allocation and account-count limits.

Instant Direct:

A maximum of 2 Direct accounts may be actively traded simultaneously. Owning more is allowed, but a third account cannot be traded until one of the two active accounts is closed.

Combining Forex and Futures:

For traders with both Hola Prime Forex and Futures accounts, the combined allocation limit is $800,000, subject to the separate category caps.

Country-specific exceptions:

The maximum allocation is reduced to $90,000 for traders from Nigeria, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Israel, Thailand, Botswana, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Jamaica and Mozambique.

Important notes:

▫️ Multiple registrations cannot be used to bypass allocation caps.
▫️ Allocation-limit violations may result in account suspension.
▫️ Prime Circle may increase the allocation ceiling once its conditions are met.

Identity Verification (KYC) ▼

Challenge accounts:

Identity documents are not required when purchasing a challenge. After the trader passes all evaluation phases, the firm reviews trading activity for rule compliance. KYC verification and signing the agreement are required before activating the funded account.

Instant Direct:

KYC and agreement signing must be completed immediately after purchase and before trading is permitted.

Required documents:

▫️ Passport, government-issued ID, driver's licence or permanent residence permit.
▫️ Selfie matching the identification document.

Documents must be original, valid and unaltered.

Pre-payout interview:

Hola Prime requires a KYC interview before processing the first payout. Additional interviews may be requested at any stage for security or verification.

Important notes:

▫️ Registration information must match identity documents.
▫️ Using another person's identity or sharing an account for verification is prohibited.
▫️ Failing verification may lead to rejection without refund of purchase fees.

Prime Circle Scaling Program ▼

What is Prime Circle?

A program for traders with a track record of successful payouts and consistent adherence to Hola Prime's risk-management rules.

Eligibility:

▫️ Complete at least 5 successful payouts from funded Forex accounts.
▫️ Payouts need not be consecutive or above any specified amount.
▫️ When trade copying is used, only payouts from the master account count.
▫️ No active violations or unresolved account disputes.

Increasing allocation:

The standard Forex allocation cap is $400,000. Eligible traders may gradually increase the allocation up to $1,000,000 through qualifying payouts, subject to the firm's conditions and risk management.

Membership benefits:

▫️ Potential increased allocation.
▫️ One free trading-platform change, subject to conditions.
▫️ Priority support through Platinum Support.

Important notes:

▫️ Qualification does not grant an immediate or automatic capital increase.
▫️ Allocation increases require review and ongoing rule compliance.
▫️ Violations may revoke benefits or reduce allocation to the standard cap.

Maximum Open Lot Limits ▼

2-Step Pro funded accounts:

Hola Prime imposes a limit on total open lot volume at any one time.

Limits by account size:

▫️ 5K and 10K: no specified lot cap.
▫️ 25K: maximum 10 lots.
▫️ 50K: maximum 20 lots.
▫️ 100K: maximum 40 lots.
▫️ 200K: maximum 80 lots.

How it is calculated:

The total open lots across all instruments are counted, rather than calculating separately per trade or instrument. For example, a 100K account may hold 40 lots in total at the same time.

If the limit is exceeded:

▫️ All open trades are automatically closed and the account is disabled.
▫️ Profits resulting from excess volume are deducted.
▫️ First violation: possible account reinstatement after firm review.
▫️ Second violation: removal of offending profits, reduction of the remaining profit split to 30%, and account termination.

Other programs:

No equivalent fixed numerical lot limit is specified for 1-Step Prime, 2-Step Prime or Instant Direct. All accounts remain subject to risk and margin requirements.

Prohibited Trading Strategies and Practices ▼

Hola Prime prohibits exploitative trading strategies and conduct involving excessive risk or trading patterns that do not reflect sustainable trading.

1. Martingale and averaging down:

▫️ Martingale: increasing position size after losses to recover them.
▫️ Dollar-cost averaging (DCA): progressively adding to losing positions to lower the average entry price.
▫️ Grid trading: a network of buy/sell orders at multiple price levels.

2. Arbitrage and price exploitation:

▫️ Price arbitrage, reverse arbitrage and hedge arbitrage.
▫️ Exploiting stale prices or differences in execution speed.
▫️ Exploiting server or platform errors for profit.

3. Excessive rapid trading:

▫️ High-frequency trading (HFT).
▫️ Tick scalping that exploits extremely small price moves.
▫️ Rapidly opening and closing large numbers of orders repeatedly.
▫️ Excessive repeated modifications of SL, TP or pending orders.

4. Gambling and excessive risk:

▫️ Unsustainable leverage or margin exposure.
▫️ Relying on one trade or a small number of trades for most profits.
▫️ Unjustified increases in lot sizes or major changes in risk style.
▫️ Repeated one-direction bets without a clear trading rationale.
▫️ Materially changing the evaluation strategy after funding.

5. Hedging between accounts:

Opposite trades on the same instrument are allowed within one account. Hedging between accounts or traders to distribute risk or bypass evaluation rules is prohibited.

6. Exploiting market conditions:

▫️ Gap-trading exploitation.
▫️ Exploiting low-liquidity periods for unrealistic profit.
▫️ Profiting from execution conditions that cannot be replicated in live markets.
▫️ Account rolling to bypass evaluation targets or risk limits.

7. Account and device sharing:

▫️ Allowing another person to trade or manage the account is prohibited.
▫️ Sharing trading devices between different traders is prohibited.
▫️ Using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions is prohibited.
▫️ Using a VPS for manual trading, account sharing or evading firm rules is prohibited.

Consequences:

Depending on severity, the firm may issue warnings or trading restrictions; lower leverage or risk caps; void offending profits; reduce the trader's profit split; close the account or permanently ban the trader.

These prohibited-practice rules apply to both evaluation and funded accounts, including Instant Direct.

2-Step Fly Account

Challenge Phases and Profit Targets ▼

The 2-Step Fly account has two evaluation phases. After passing both, the trader receives a simulated funded account with different rules.

Phase 1:

▫️ Profit target: 8%.
▫️ Daily drawdown: 3%.
▫️ Maximum drawdown: 6% static.
▫️ Minimum trading days: 3.
▫️ No consistency rule.

Phase 2:

▫️ Profit target: 8%.
▫️ Daily drawdown: 3%.
▫️ Maximum drawdown: 6% static.
▫️ No minimum trading-day requirement.
▫️ Consistency rule: 40%.

Drawdown calculation:

The 3% daily drawdown is calculated from the previous day's closing balance. Maximum drawdown remains fixed at 6% of the initial balance and does not move upward with profits.

Consistency calculation:

In Phase 2, the most profitable day must not exceed 40% of total profits.

Simulated Funded Account and Drawdown ▼

The Fly simulated funded account offers more trading flexibility than Prime and Pro, while retaining a maximum-loss rule and operational restrictions.

Funded-account rules:

▫️ No profit target.
▫️ No daily drawdown limit.
▫️ Maximum drawdown: 5% end-of-day trailing (EOD).
▫️ No consistency rule.
▫️ No 2% risk-per-trade-idea rule.
▫️ No minimum profitable trading days.

How trailing drawdown works:

The threshold initially sits 5% below the starting balance, then rises with the highest recorded end-of-day closing balance. It stops rising when it reaches 3% below the starting balance.

Example — $100,000 account:

The initial loss threshold is $95,000. If the closing balance rises to $102,000, the loss threshold moves to $97,000. It then stops rising even if profits increase further.

Per-order lot limit:

Maximum order size is 5 lots on the funded account. No separate overall limit on the number of open trades is specified, subject to platform rules.

Maximum capital allocation:

$400,000, subject to the firm's allocation rules.

Anytime Payouts and Profit Split ▼

Profit split:

Traders receive 80% of eligible profits.

Payout frequency:

Anytime payouts are available. Eligible traders can submit multiple payout requests in a single day without a mandatory weekly or monthly cycle.

Minimum profit required to request a payout:

▫️ $10,000 account: 1% = $100.
▫️ $25,000 account: 1% = $250.
▫️ $50,000 account: 0.5% = $250.
▫️ $100,000 account: 0.5% = $500.

These thresholds are based on the initial account balance, before the profit split.

Minimum payout by payment method:

▫️ Cryptocurrency: $50.
▫️ Bank wire: $50.
▫️ Rise: $500.

Both the eligible-profit requirement and the chosen payment method's minimum must be met.

Payout processing fees:

Under the firm's general policy: 2.5%, subject to a minimum $5 for crypto and $25 for bank wire or Rise. The higher applicable fee is charged.

Payout review:
